Our Story
Feyti Limited was founded to address one of the biggest bottlenecks in Africa’s pharmaceutical ecosystem in regulatory compliance. The founders, a team of AI engineers and medical experts with deep pharma and regulatory backgrounds, witnessed how fragmented systems, manual processes, and linguistic diversity caused significant delays in medicine approvals.
Motivated by the urgent need to bridge this gap and ensure faster patient access to safe and effective medicines, they built Aicyclinder the first African-focused AI regulatory platform that empowers pharmaceutical companies to achieve regulatory excellence and improve healthcare outcomes across the continent.
The Challenge
Pharmaceutical companies and health startups across Africa face major delays , costs and errors in regulatory compliance due to fragmented systems, language barriers, and limited regulatory capacity. This slows down approvals and increases costs, ultimately limiting patient access to essential medicines.
The Solution
Aicyclinder is an AI-powered platform that automates CTD dossier preparation, multilingual translation, local literature search, regulatory intelligence, and pharmacovigilance seeking faster, more accurate, and cost-effective regulatory submissions across African markets. Using OpenAI and Gemini AI models with OCR/Vision, generative AI, and data analytics, it is tailored specifically for African regulatory requirements.

Our Story
Phronesis was born from the frustration of seeing preventable stroke-related disabilities and deaths due to delays in radiology reporting. As biomedical engineers, we envisioned a solution that leverages AI to support radiologists, not replace them, by bridging gaps in speed, accuracy, and access. With radiologists onboard as advisors and collaborators, we are building a tool that could redefine healthcare delivery in Africa.
Phronesis is an AI-powered CT scan analysis platform that assists radiologists by detecting medical conditions quickly and accurately. It reduces reporting time from hours to minutes, increases diagnostic accuracy, and ensures hospitals in underserved regions can provide better care.
Our target users are hospitals, radiology centers, and clinicians in Uganda and across Africa.
The Challenge
Early diagnosis is the first step in ensuring the best patient outcome. For evidence-based medicine and conclusive diagnosis, different imaging modalities are relied upon. In Uganda, the most common and readily available modality is the CT scan. The problem is that the number of radiologists is far below the demand, they need assistance for Uganda’s healthcare landscape to tilt towards faster and accurate diagnoses using these imaging modalities.
The Solution
we have created Phronesis after years of accumulating the right data and understanding where AI can fit into the healthcare dream and ensure that when a scan is made, results and an accurate report are instantaneous. We have started with the CT scan, but are already making way into the MRI, Endoscopy, among others.
The Team
Long-term vision
To make AI-powered radiology accessible across Africa
Our vision is to make AI-powered radiology accessible across Africa, starting with stroke and infarct detection, and expanding into MRI, ultrasound, and cancer imaging. We aim to be the leading African medtech company driving the Fourth Industrial Revolution in healthcare.

Our Story
Global Auto Systems LTD was founded with a mission to leverage emerging technologies to solve pressing community challenges while creating meaningful employment opportunities for young innovators. The company believes in the power of digital transformation using artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation to improve lives and strengthen communities across Africa. Our flagship innovation, ONCIMS, embodies this vision. It was designed as a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates health data management, analytics, and community engagement to improve access, coordination, and outcomes in care in Uganda.
Within OMCIMS, the ONCIMS+ and CanInfoHub modules were developed to specifically address the growing burden of cancer. The motivation for their creation arose from witnessing the challenges of fragmented cancer data, misinformation, and limited patient support systems in low-resource settings. By integrating AI-driven oncology data management (ONCIMS+) with localized education, crowdfunding, and social networking (CanInfoHub), Global Auto systems aims to empower clinicians, patients, and policymakers with real-time insights, knowledge, and connections that advance equitable, data-informed cancer care across Africa
The Challenge
Cancer care in many low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) is hindered by fragmented information systems, limited cancer registries, and poor tracking of treatment outcomes. This disorganization prevents clinicians, policymakers, and researchers from making data-driven decisions. Beyond clinical issues, misinformation about cancer is widespread due to the lack of reliable local information. Patients also face financial and emotional hardships, with no centralized crowdfunding platforms or structured support networks for patients, survivors, and caregivers.
The Solution
The ONCIMS+ module digitizes and streamlines the entire oncology workflow, from patient registration and cancer staging to treatment planning, chemotherapy management, and outcome tracking. It integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to analyze patient data, predict treatment responses, identify risk patterns, and support clinicians with data-driven recommendations for personalized cancer care. The system continuously learns from aggregated clinical data to enhance diagnostic accuracy, optimize treatment protocols, and improve patient survival outcomes.
